All Hands on Deck was established with a passion for excellence. Prior to this I graduated high school then went to college for two years realizing that the college life wasn’t for me. I wanted to be outdoors, working and being around the water.

My first job in the marine industry was washing boats for a local charter company. During my experience there, I learned a little about boats and begin to enjoy the boating atmosphere/lifestyle. My next job took me to another local boating establishment UK sailmakers in Seabrook, Texas where I learned the art of sailmaking. Again, a valuable learning experience. I realized at that point I was going to stay in the boating business for a long time to come. Finally, I was hired by a large Yacht dealership, formerly Sea Lake Yacht Sales, Where I worked for over 17 years. I progressed from a helper/make ready to a service manager responsible for an entire service department. During that time I commissioned over 1200 boats.

I have experience in all phases of yacht repair, maintenance and installation of marine related equipment. I am not the biggest rigging company, but I truly believe I am the best. All Hands on deck is a small but highly efficient operation. I don’t have any employees nor do I hire sub-contractors everything is performed by me. This ensures that the highest level of quality work is achieved. Remember, when you demand the best All Hands on Deck is at your service!
